Cybersecurity Presales

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and develop tailored solutions based on our cybersecurity services and technology offerings;
Understand and articulate customer needs, pain points and business requirements, translating them into technical solutions;
Conduct technical presentations for potential clients, showcasing the features, capabilities, and benefits of our solutions;
Create and deliver technical documents such as HLD, bill of material, scope of works including RFI/RFP responses and proposals;
Collaborate with internal teams, such as Commercial and Service Delivery to provide feedback on customer requirements and contribute to the enhancement of our solutions;
Coordination with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (technical specifications, demo equipment) to provide technical solutions;
Engage in proof-of-concept (POC) activities with clients to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of our solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security / cybersecurity solutions in pre-sales, technical sales, or consulting roles;
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, etc;
Familiar with IT security technologies such as next-generation firewalls, cloud security, IPS/IDS, etc;
Familiarity with relevan cybersecurity frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISO 27000);
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken);
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet) preferred but not mandatory;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer needs and challenges;
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
