- Qualifications
- Ensure new delivery solutions are implemented for the end customer, aligned with the
approved design; - Highly involved in managed service solutions testing and commissioning plans;
- Performs technical quality assurance reviews on solution delivery;
- Responsible for ensuring customer solutions are delivered according to committed
quality, cycle time, and customer satisfaction targets; - Support the alignment of the solution delivery function with ITIL standards and
framework.
- Final-year student majoring in IT, Telecommunication, or Electrical
Engineering; - Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks;
- Basic knowledge of SD-WAN technology;
- Understanding of network security concepts, including IDS/IPS;
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Availability for a 3-month project period.
