Risk Management Apprentice

  • Conduct risk assessments across departments and business units.
  • Identify emerging risks and evaluate their potential impact.
  • Maintain and update the corporate risk register.
  • Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues as needed.
  • Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Support the implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote risk awareness across the organization through training and communication.
  • Provide guidance to departments on risk-related matters.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRMA, ISO 31000) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
  • Understanding of local and international regulatory environments.
