- Support the implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Promote risk awareness across the organization through training and communication.
- Provide guidance to departments on risk-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CRMA, ISO 31000) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
- Understanding of local and international regulatory environments.
