Our service will provide your organization with the clarity of vision and defined steps required to successfully adopt cloud; create a strategy, a migration design and plan.
Deliverable Scope
- Provide initial engagement plan as time frame agreed;
- Assign one of our cloud consultants;
- Interview nominate key stakeholders;
- Review artifacts as provided;
- Complete the deliverables of the Cloud Assessment service including conducting workshops and producing documentation;
- Lead discussions and drive participation in workshops and presentations;
- Deliver final report.
