Lead Delivery

  • Responsible for new solution delivery or change request activities to end customers according to approved design
  • Manage and report on SLA implementation deliverables and ensure they are being met
  • Prepares implementation schedule, activities breakdowns and works with the project management to develop the implementation plan including bill of quantities, cost plans, project deliverables, and schedules
  • Formulate managed service solutions testing and commissioning plans and work with IT for integration of managed service solutions into the customer’s environment
  • To update “As Built” solution design records for ongoing service management of solution performance and Moves, Adds & Changes
  • Develop intimate knowledge of customer’s networks and services to support troubleshooting and resolution of assurance incidents with customers and L1 to L4 support
  • Maintain awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware/system environments and proactively alert project management and sales team of potential problems and solutions
  • Provide expert solution delivery support for new and existing product development and for the development of customer solutions
  • Perform technical quality assurance reviews on solution delivery and adhere to agreed solution delivery escalation and change control procedures
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures
  • Ensure the solution delivery function aligns with ITIL standards and methodology framework
  • Create and support a safe and healthy environment for employees and partners
  • +5 year hands-on experience in ICT and Managed Services Business Environment or equivalent
  • Experience in a lead role
  • University degree or equivalent in IT and/or Electrical Engineering
  • Certification: CCNA, CCNP certified is preferable
  • Strong Leadership Skills and strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to show initiative in solving problems and drive to succeed
  • Excellent team player and possess a dynamic, positive attitude
  • Ability to develop and implement strategy
  • Willingness to get involved and take responsibility for all elements required to bring a positive outcome for the company
  • Strong commercial acumen and numeracy
